Hull: Appeal for witnesses following assault down Whitefriargate

Officers are investigating an assault that is believed to have happened on Whitefriargate in Hull City Centre at around 7pm on Thursday 6 April.

Extensive lines of enquiry are ongoing, and officers are now appealing for witnesses to come forward with any further information to assist with their investigation.

Officers were called to the area of Whitefriargate following reports of an altercation between six men.

One man was taken to hospital for a suspected broken nose after reportedly been headbutted and kicked in the ribs.
