Hull: Child Dynamix looking for Family Support Worker

37 hours per week

Contract initially to 31.03.2021, (continuation subject to funding)

Salary SCP 21 – 24, £10.95 – £11.94 per hour

Child Dynamix are looking to recruit a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Family Support team working from Little Stars Children’s Centre. The successful candidate will specifically champion the needs of children and their families through a range of services and support.

They are looking for someone who:

• Has as a minimum relevant Level 3 qualification in early years, social care, education or youth and community work
• Has experience of lead working family support for children and their families including arranging TAF meetings and working closely with partner agencies
• Has experience of assessing need, developing and managing support plans.
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has ability to use own initiative, work independently and as part of a team
• Ideally trained to deliver Family Links Nurturing or Incredible Years
