This role with Humber All Nations Alliance (HANA) requires an engaging individual who is enthusiastic in assisting others.
The Worker act as a link between communities, with HANA’s partners and with a range of other local authority and voluntary sector providers, such as the police, social Service, schools, NHS and Local Authorities.
An involvement in projects which targets cultural, economic or geographical disadvantaged communities by identifying their needs and issues, and formulating strategies to address those issues is a priority.
This work will also focus on areas such as the homeless, the long-term unemployed, families with young children from the BME Communities.
In doing so, it will help communities to bring about social change and improve their quality of life. This may involve working with individuals, families or whole communities, empowering them to:
Part-time (16 hours per week), due to the nature of funding.
Each working day will vary depending on your scheduled activities for that week. The work will often include unsocial hours, such as evenings and weekends, so considerable flexibility is required.

Starting salaries fall between £15,015 p.a. pro rata (£6,864.00, Actual)
