Hull: Man sentenced to seven years in jail

A 28 year-old Hull man has been charged following his arrest yesterday for a series of robberies, where staff were threatened with a knife and goods were stolen.
The robberies happened at shops on Marlfeet Lane and Preston Road in Hull between 5 and 8 May 2021. He was also charged with theft from a shop on Marfleet Lane on 28 April 2021.
He is due to appear at Hull Magistrates Court today, Monday 10 May 2021.
