A Hull man has been charged following a tea-time incident on Holderness Road in Hull.
At 6pm yesterday (Monday 25 October) a man was seen riding a moped in a reckless way along footpaths and weaving in and out of pedestrians along Holderness Road.
He was stopped and arrested on suspicious of a number of offences and subsequently charged with riding a moped without due care and attention and not having insurance for the vehicle.
He is due to appear at court on 11 November 2021.
