27th October 2021Sad discovery in search for missing teenager
Humberside Police are very sad to report that a body has been found in the search for missing 18 year-old Zara Sweet.
Formal identification is yet to take place however Zara’s family have been informed and are being supported by officers.
At this stage of investigations authorities are treating the death as unexplained but do not believe there to be any suspicious circumstances.
Police would like to thank the local residents and the emergency services for their help during the searches. Our thoughts remain with Zara’s family and friends at this sad time.
