Hull: Three in custody after videoing assault

Humberside Police are aware of a series of videos circulating on social media and their investigation is currently ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The officers responded swiftly and police can confirm the victim is receiving the appropriate support.

Thankfully, the victim was physically unharmed but has understandably been left shaken.

Three people have now been arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault and remain in custody at this time.

Authorities would like to thank everyone who got in touch to report this incident. They understand this is an emotive issue and tensions are likely to run high, but they would encourage the public not to get unduly involved and allow them to take the appropriate action.
