Hull: VCS representatives invited to get involved in Voice and Influence Partnership

Kingston Upon Hull Voluntary Community Sector (VCS) Voice & Influence Partnership,  formerly the VCS Liaison Group, is actively seeking new members.

Their Aim:

To enable the Voluntary and Community Sector to move from the margins to the mainstream, working alongside the public and private sectors for the benefit of all Hull’s residents and communities.

Their Purpose:

To create and maintain a process which enables the collective voice of Hull’s voluntary and community sector to support, challenge, influence and help shape key priorities of the city.

Are You

  • A voluntary and community representative on a strategic partnership, board or network which operates for the benefit of Hull residents and their communities.
  • Willing to champion the aim, purpose and objectives of the partnership.
  • Willing to represent the interests of the wider Voluntary and Community sector.

Benefits of being a Member

  • Playing a key role to help shape key priorities for the City of Hull.
  • Opportunity to join task and finish groups focusing on specific items.
  • Networking opportunities working alongside VCS, Public and Private Sectors.
