Hull: Witness appeal following collision between car and ambulance

Humberside Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision between an ambulance and a car that happened in Hull on Monday 2 December.

The incident which happened around 7.10am on Leads Road at the junction with Rotterdam Road, involved a silver Toyota Yaris and the ambulance.

A man in his 60s who was being taken to hospital in the ambulance after suffering a medical episode has since sadly passed away. He didn’t suffer any injuries in the incident, and his death is not linked to the collision.

Two paramedics sustained minor shoulder injuries. The driver of the Yaris was unhurt.

They are appealing for witnesses to this. Where you there at the time and can you help?
