Hull: Workshop on Setting up a Voluntary/Community group

Starting a voluntary or community group gives you the opportunity to make a difference for a cause that you feel passionately about.

But where to start?

If you are considering starting up a new group or setting up a residence association or a TARA this is the workshop for you. Hull CVS are organising a free workshop which will enable you with the right tools to get started and help with any specific problems or questions you may have about starting up, provide advice around governance and signpost you to other useful services and sources of information.

They will also explain how you can apply for a starter grant with Hull CVS to cover those initial costs.
