Menopaus’ull Support Network are kicking off a series of supportive and friendly Walk & Talks, designed to bring women together for a relaxed chat while enjoying a walk in beautiful surroundings. Whether you’re coming alone or with friends, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the Menopaus’ull Support Network team.

Meeting Point: Victoria Dock Community Centre car park

As the weather can be unpredictable, please dress accordingly—comfortable footwear and a showerproof jacket are recommended.

Don’t worry if you’re attending solo; the team will be there to greet you and ensure you feel part of the group.
