If you were in the area around 7pm on Thursday evening and you saw anything which could help our investigation please come forward. Similarly if you have any information which you haven’t yet shared  with police, please get in touch. Call us on 101 quoting log number 552 of 29 June 2017.”

The family of Joanne Hemingway paid the following tribute to her;

‘Joanne has been taken from us. It is so hard to put into words how we are all feeling.  We will miss her for her dry, honest sense of humour, sometimes too honest for her own good.  To the world she was one, but to us she was the world’.

Her family now wishes to be left to come to terms with their loss.
