Motorvation Hull and East Riding need Volunteer Drivers

Motorvation is a local voluntary organisation which is run by a small committee of both able bodied and disabled people. It has two specially adapted vehicles to transport disabled and elderly people and their carers. At present the van based in Cottingham is driven by those living in that locality and similarly the van in South Cave has a very small band of volunteers living in the surrounding villages.

They desperately require volunteer drivers and are asking if you can spare a small amount of time to help a worthy cause?

Drivers are contacted by phone a minimum of 24 hours prior to the booked journey and the time involved is often only a morning, afternoon or evening and generally only once a week but this is dependent on how many people are available to drive at the time required.
