Rent Management Assistant with HEY Mind

Based in Hull 30 hours per week £19,019 per annum pro rata

Do you want to part of a team which is committed to giving people the skills and understanding to live independently?

You will be part of a Property Management team which provides tailored support to people in their accommodations.

The focus of this role within the team is to encourage compliance with tenancy agreements regarding payment of rent. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role but this is not essential providing you have an understanding of financial processes and some administrative experience .

The successful applicant must be well organised and able to communicate assertively with people at all levels whilst retaining a good level of empathy.

Applicants must have a full, current driving licence and access to their own transport for work.
