Hull Churches Home from Hospital (HCHFH) is a registered charity valuing the opportunity to work alongside people in the community since 1994.

HCHFH are seeking to recruit a new member to join the current team. The postholder will coordinate a small team of Project Workers working in a supportive role with people across all age groups. HCHFH is a “can do” organisation and seeks likeminded applicants.

Service Coordinator Vacancy

24 hrs p/w over 4 days

NJC Scale 11 £22,129 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Essential:

• Experience of working with people to find solutions to presenting problems and needs. This maybe through working in Social Care, Health, or any other settings.
• Ability to work with people in a flexible and person-centred way.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven customer care experience.
• Experience in the use of IT software, excel, word etc and similar spreadsheets and supporting website content.
