15th May 2024Six charged after officers carried out warrants across Hull
Six people have been charged in connection with drug offences after officers executed intelligence led warrants at addresses in Hull last week.
As part of a pre-planned operation, officers from Operation Galaxy, Proactive, Regional Organised Crime and Neighbourhood Policing Teams attended eleven addresses in the Hull area on Tuesday 23 April.
• Ethan Start, 26, of Ashworthy Close, Hull, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession of criminal property and possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
• Kenny Harding, 35, of Haydock Garth, Hull, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and possession of criminal property.
• Shelby Garner, 30, of Deerhurst Grove, Hull, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, concerned in the supply of class B drugs, possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of criminal property.
• Kenny Ancliffe, 32, of The Lawns, Hull, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, possession of criminal property and possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
• Sonny Hermitt, 34, of Moorhouse Road, Hull, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, concerned in the supply of class B drugs, possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
• Louis Edmundson, 25, of Deerhurst Grove, Hull, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine, concerned in the supply of class B drugs, possession of criminal property, possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
All six appeared at Hull Magistrates Court last week, Thursday 25 April, where Ancliffe, Edmundson and Hermitt, were remanded into custody. Garner, Start and Harding were released on conditional bail to appear at court a later date.
A further six people were also arrested in connection and have since been released on police bail whilst enquiries continue.
After searching all eleven properties, officers are believed to have recovered suspected class A and class B drugs, alongside a quantity of cash.
