Hull: Join in on Dementia awareness events

As World Alzheimer’s Day takes place on 21 September, NHS Humber Teaching have created a full week of virtual events on the subject of ALZHEIMER / DEMENTIA AWARENESS starting on Monday 21st September.

Please find below a poster detailing the events they are hosting each day.

If you would like to join any of the events ( or all of them ) can you please email hnf-tr.patientandcarerexperience@nhs.net  confirming which events you would like to attend, and you will receive the MS Teams joining details to enable you to log on to each session.
