Hull: Scam Targeting The Elderly

Humberside Police have received a report of 2 males entering Rowan Lodge, Barnsley Street East Hull at 18:00 hours on 18/10/18. The males have gained access to the building by unknown means and attempted to sell items to residents.  
Both males have claimed to be working for an Epilepsy Charity but had no leaflets or valid Identification. Unfortunately, the males managed to sell overpriced items to 2 residents. Humberside police are looking for further victims.

The males are briefly described as white males with no specific age range, one of the males was well dressed and well spoken, the other male 5 foot 6 inches tall and of scruffy appearance, both males carrying large black holdalls.

A further call around midday on the 19/10/18 on Hopewell Road East Hull a male who identified himself as Chris and spoke with a local accent was doing door to door sales selling overpriced calendars.
