Hull: Vacancy for a Wellbeing Co-ordinator

Forum is recruiting for a full-time Wellbeing Co-ordinator to join the Connect Well Hull social prescribing service. Based in GP practices and other community locations across the city, the service provides residents with a variety of advice and support, and links to other sources of help. www.connectwellhull.org.uk
