29th June 2018Lloyds Bank Foundation – Invest and Enable
Application window re-opens on 27th August
Every year the Foundation make grants to hundreds of small and local charities, investing in their work helping people overcome complex social issues across England and Wales.
They provide long-term funding for charities with a proven track record of helping people achieve positive change. They understand that sometimes the most life-changing charities may not always look perfect on paper, and they’re not afraid to take risks where they see great potential.
Support can be provided through two grants programmes Enable and Invest, along with an optional support programme (Enhance) for successful applicants. These programmes demonstrate the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to support charities that have the greatest impact upon the lives of disadvantaged people and their communities.
Invest grants provide long-term funding for the day-to-day running of your charity (core costs), and/or the direct delivery of your charity’s work. They can provide a minimum of £30,000 to a maximum of £100,000, delivered across three years. There is also the opportunity for continuation funding, so your charity could be funded by an Invest grant for up to six years in total.
Enable Grants are awarded to charities which have identified clear development needs, and provide a great opportunity to strengthen charities to deliver more effectively. They can provide up to a total of £15,000 across one or two years.
